We are seeking a dedicated and organized Medical & Administration Staff member to support the smooth operation of medical and administrative services. This role involves both patient-facing and back-office tasks, ensuring efficient coordination between clinical and administrative departments.

Job Responsibilities:
Medical Duties:
Assist healthcare professionals with patient intake, medical records, and basic clinical support.
Schedule patient appointments and follow-ups.
Maintain confidentiality and security of patient information in accordance with HIPAA or relevant regulations.
Communicate with patients regarding procedures, tests, and appointments.
Prepare and update patient charts and documentation.
Administrative Duties:
Manage front desk operations including answering calls, handling inquiries, and greeting visitors.
Handle medical billing, insurance claims, and patient payments.
Maintain and update office inventory, supplies, and equipment.
File, scan, and organize documents as needed.
Assist in generating reports and data entry for management or compliance use.
Job Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in healthcare administration is a plus.
Prior experience in a medical or administrative setting preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and medical record systems (e.g., EMR/EHR software).
Working Conditions:
Office/clinical environment.
May require long periods of sitting or standing.
Some lifting of medical files, supplies, or equipment may be necessary.
